How to Order

Ordering a kit from IWTK is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3. And no one will have to know. Just follow these simple instructions:

Click on I WANT THE HOME TEST KIT to create a new account or LOGIN to go to an account you previously created. Be sure to tell us your full first and last names and your complete mailing address. Please answer all other questions completely.

Order

Place your order by following the prompts. Not sure what parts of your body should be tested? View What to Order. If you are retesting after being treated for an STI, be sure to wait at least 3 months after completing your treatment before collecting your samples.

Wait for the mail

Wait for your kit to arrive in the mail. Your kit may take 7 days to arrive if you live in Maryland and longer if you live elsewhere. After 7 days, Contact Us if you are worried about why your kit has not arrived.

What Will the Package Look Like?

We mail our STI kits in discreet manila envelopes or small boxes. Your address will be on the mailing label and our return address will be there too. Your exact packaging will vary depending on where you live. Clients from Maryland will receive their STI kits in a manila envelope and their HIV kits in a small, corrugated box. Clients from states other than Maryland will receive their kit in a discreet white package that contains a purple box.
