Attention All Maryland Residents Outside of Baltimore City: 

Due to reductions in state funding, IWTK will no longer be able to offer free at-home STI test kits to residents outside of Baltimore City after June 1, 2024.

If you currently have an IWTK test kit:

• Please return your completed kits before September 1, 2024 and we will test it.
• Kits received after August 31st, 2024 will not be tested.
• Please allow up to a week for shipping.

We highly recommend placing your order for a new kit before June 1st if you anticipate needing testing in the coming months.

Finding Alternative Testing Options:

If you reside outside of Baltimore City and need testing after August 31st, we suggest exploring different testing options. Here are some resources that can help:
